Previous to founding Cloud Effective, Mr. Haden was the Chief Operating Officer at nLIGHT where he successfully transformed international operations (Washington, Oregon, Shanghai, China), product development as well as advanced technology (RnD) and product line management.

Before nLIGHT, Mr. Haden held senior management positions at Coherent and SDL which was acquired by JDSU in 2000 ($41B). Mr. Haden has inspired product and process development since the mid-eighties and business process development since the mid-nineties.

During his career in software development, Mr. Bajaj has developed business relations, set up offshore development centers, driving Web, Mobile, and Cloud technologies.

As part of the Qualcomm android team at Google, he worked with top tier clientele to port the Snapdragon suite.

Early in his career, Mr. Cook was a lead developer for Sabre Consulting developing Netware applications and one of the earliest web-based corporate travel systems.

Mr. Cook has instructed C Developers, led and developed early leading edge web applications for the corporate travel reservations market, developed NetWare Loadable Modules (NLMs) and Client applications, developed client-server applications in PowerBuilder, PHP, and Oracle at Essilor (previously VisionStar). Mr. Cook holds undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and math from the University of Texas at Austin.

During his 25+ year career in software and database development, Mr. Greer has led critical projects in both startups and established enterprise environments. He directly participated in raising over $100 million in venture capital financing and has a proven track record of creating and leading enterprise project management, implementing business systems, and leading software and database development.

Mr. Greer holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from WSU in Material Science.

Curtis Green is an indispensable professional for innovative organizations, people development, systems development, and building teams in complex environments. After serving 25 highly successful years as an officer in the US Air Force, Curtis began his successful post-military career as a Program Manager, leading Healthcare Information Technology (IT) independent testing for the Veterans Administration (VA) from June 2011 – Mar 2014. He currently serves as a program management consultant/subject matter expert, supporting civilian companies that provide services to both private and public sector entities.

Curtis received multiple citations/awards and military decorations for exemplary performance during his military career (to include, Company Grade Officer of the Year, Cape Canaveral AFS, Florida and SDI Officer of the Year).
