Adding these details pays you back in two ways: First, when the time comes to complete the work, the information will be at your fingertips. Second, because the details are secure in a trusted system, your mind will be freed from the burden of ‘remembering’ what there is to do. Once freed from the mundane, the full power of your mind can be unleashed on more important endeavors, such as innovation, problem-solving and relationship management!

Yes! There is more. Often one has tasks associated with multiple teams and projects. Keeping track of all that needs to be completed can be cumbersome; requiring you to visit a different ‘action board’ for each team or project. Not so with Cloud Effective. The Cloud Effective process searches all goals, teams, and projects and then, in addition to maintaining the tasks in each of these separate locations, displays all your tasks on your “My tasks!” page. Additionally, if you choose to receive daily or weekly alerts (set a preference in your profile), you will be notified of all your tasks which are due: today, in the next seven days, and those that are past due.
